After initial on site training, Meadowland Systems
offers telephone and internet based support 24 hours per day
and seven days a week. Our customers are provided with nightly
updates for all software modules that have been enhanced.
Day to day questions and problems are addressed via phone
and internet connection. Windows 2003 servers
provide Remote Desktop functionality that is the technical
equivalent of having your own MIS staff at your place of business
whenever you need them.
The internet has allowed us to support many customers simultaneously
using our industry standard Windows based software.
Additional on site training is available at an hourly
rate.
All AutoMan software has an AutoMan News feature
that documents any changes made to the software since the
last release. This allows our users to remain current with
any new software releases by simply clicking on the button
on the main screen.
